On Sunday, January 26, Calvary held its annual meeting. Below is a summary of the actions taken. Thanks to all those who attended this important gathering for the congregation!

1. A resolution passed bring the finances of the Let's Get Together group fully under Calvary's umbrella. The Let's Get Together bank account will be closed and the money will remain in a fund for Let's Get Together social gatherings moving forward.

2. The proposed budget for 2025 was approved. Total budgeted expenses amount to $340,775.73. Total budgeted income amounts to $342,439.15.

3. Plans were adopted for another year of the pumpkin patch. More to come!

4. The calls to Deacon Tanya and Deacon Bob were renewed unanimously!

5. Voting delegates and alternates were elected for the 2025 synod assembly.

6. Three people were elected to council: one person to their second term and two people to their first terms.

7. An exploratory vote was held on becoming a Reconciling in Christ congregation. As of this vote, over 83% of the congregation is in favor, about 4% are not in favor, and about 12% remain uncertain and/or would like more education.
